Aleksandra Prodanovic Stamenovic has more than 10 years of operations and management experience working for prestigious hotels and has accomplishments in the hospitality and tourism field. She has worked in the hospitality industry at the most famous European summer touristic destinations, in Croatia and Greece, but also one of the fastest-growing European economies in Serbia.

In Croatia, she was working in a boutique hotel and was responsible for the daily operations for all business units and devotes effort to keep it running smoothly, while in Greece she was responsible beside hotel operations, also for organizing daily tours and entertainment for guests.

In Serbia she was working for a newly open hotel leading the Sales & Marketing team to develop marketing opportunities, planning sales promotions, set sales goals, organizing promotional activities, coordinating with different sales channels and train staff. She was responsible for increasing the company’s presence in the Serbian market.
Before her role in hospitality, she has more than 5 years of accomplishment in tourism. She was developing and running travel agencies for incoming and outbound tourists.

She is a graduate of The University of Novi Sad at the famous Faculty of Sciences (tourism department). Working, but wanted to continue to strengthen her knowledge, she finished her Ph.D. dissertation as one of the best Ph.D. candidates, at the same University. Her theme was about big events, organizations and its influence on different spheres (tourism, hospitality, and local community).
