I am proactive, I'm eager to improve everything in and around me and when I see something needs to be done, I do it (unless it falls in the not-urgent-and-not-important category. But if I have time, I even do those...).
I am a firm believer in working smarter. (!!!) Think 4-hour work week (book).
Meaning I often only see room for problem solving and solutions (which is not everyone's cup of tea) and when I lack the knowledge I make up for it with enthusiasm and diligence.
I'd rather spend 3 hours or a day learning how to code and coding now than being frustrated by menial tasks on a monthly basis. (And I did this.)
